There are three tiers. All Particles ($20/month) has 900+ particle effects and 1GB+ of new sprites. Scenebuilds + Particles ($25/month) adds 30+ scenebuilds and 1GB+ of models. The full library ($30/month) adds 600+ animations for HWM characters, HL2 rigs and cameras. Each tier includes everything in the tiers before it. The side-by-side breakdown is on the Patreon page.
Everything is delivered through Patreon. The assets are consolidated in usermod folders with no outside model usage, with clear folder names, expanded docs and PNG previews, so you can find an effect fast. Single packs can also be bought one by one in the Patreon shop.
Yes. Free trial versions of several packs, including Enhanced Fire, the Explosions MEGA-PACK and both Skibidi packs, are on the Steam Workshop, along with other free items. See the Workshop page. The tutorials and the HoovyTools add-ons are free too.
Several of the free Workshop packs say it on their Steam pages: credit is not required, but appreciated. If you make something with the library, I'd genuinely like to see it: send it over.
